NEW CUP STARTING 30.1.2008!
Team TAP brings you the hot new cup called TAP elimination cup (TEC). Here's how it goes: cup is going to have two phases, in first, 5 levels will be played. These will be played as normal cup levels, certain amount of time to play, players are ranked based on the time gotten.
In second phase the elimination starts (32 best players make it to elimination phase), its 1vs1, winner advances. Opponents are chosen by the rankings of first 5 cup levels. Doing well in first phase is worth it, as you get easyer opponents in the elimination part (see table)
if someone didnt understand here it is in a nutshell:
1. 5 levels played like normal cup. 1 week deadline or so. points given normally based on the position
2. Elimination starts after those 5 levels have been played. opponents are decided based on the total points gotten from the regular cup phase. check cup table to see how opponents are selected

In this cup, there is a new external level to play approximately every 1-2 weeks.
Try get as good time as you are able to and then send the replay of your best drive
and the lev file to appleplacers@gmail.com telling the needed info with it. |

You can use Elma 1.1x , 1.2 or belma for playing. |

Total amount of first phase levels is 5. |

Make sure you send your replay on time |

The deadline for sending the replays for a certain event is shown in the cup table. |

Name your replays as TECxxyyy.rec where xx is the event number and yyy is your nick (or beginning of it) (for example TEC01zeb.rec) |

Include also the lev file (containing your best time) and exact time to your mail. |
| 8. |
You can zip (or rar or ace) your rec and lev but not necessary. |
| 9. |
Send only one replay per event. Replay time limit is 5mins(you are not allowed to send replays longer than 5 mins). You can send your mail many times if you don't get the reply e-mail (which is sent automatically when you send e-mail to us) to make sure that we got your mail. Note that the reply e-mail is only sent once every 4 days. |

If two or more players get the same time, they will all get equal points which are e.g. (75+70) / 2 = 72,5. |

Any bugs or cheating are not allowed. |

Punishments: |

Punishment if mail was sent too late, exact time was not told, bad attitude,
lev file was not included, replay named wrong or
something other tiny mistakes: +0.50 sec to the time.
Punishment for missing replays, wrong levs, wrong replays,
copying recs etc: disqualifying

The winner's rec and the results will be uploaded as soon after deadline as possible. |

Player, team and nationality statistics are also updated at the same time. |

We will ask a short interview from three best players in each event. |

They should answer to these questions:
1. The first impression
2. Finding the right style
3. The höyling process
4. Other players' reactions and co-operation
5. Other things worth mentioning
If you don't have anything to say to some/all of these questions, that's allright,
then just write something down and send it to us.

that you are in the top 3.
